The inspiration for this painting and for a small series of works were fragments of sketches for tattoos, also made by me. The sketches show spider legs in different designs. On the canvas you can see this oblongness and smoothness of forms, as well as gloomy colors, which are associated with such an insect as a spider. I made the background colors more complex and deeper, in turn I performed the main *characters* on the picture in clean and bright colors.
