I really like abstract painting. She accurately expresses my character in creativity. I love sweeping movements, I don’t like to draw small details, I like to be in the moment when the whole body is involved, not to plan what should work out.
It is important to get into this state in order to get something worthy (in my opinion). Usually this is something like meditation or when you delve into the plot of a book.
This helps music, sometimes the sounds of the writing process itself.
I consider the most valuable moment when the music ends, but I don’t notice it or when a message arrives, but I forget about it and don’t go to the phone.
