Народ Саха, живущий в условиях трескучего мороза, сурового климата, поклоняется с былых времен Матушке- Природе. Она дала им жизнь, очищает и оберегает их.
На первый взгляд кажется, что человек сидящий под воздействием медитации, находясь в умиротворении - отдыхает. Но только по вздувшимся венам, собранности ног и в напряжении мускулов можно определить, что идет нелегкая работа очищения его Внутреннего мира, а заодно принятия Силы и Мудрости окружающего Внешнего мира. Восемь зубцов устремленных в Вечное синее небо волос свидетельствуют об его связи со Вселенной. Три пуговки символизируют Три мира - Нижний, Срединный и Верхний, а распахнутый ворот рубашки подчеркивает открытость его к бескрайним просторам Верхних миров. И весь этот процесс очищения сопровождается Вдохом и Выдохом - символами Жизни и Смерти.
Человек с широкой душой, с чистыми помыслами, достигший высшего уровня создает в доме спокойствие, мир, удовлетворение и все это благодаря огромной работе над собой.

And this whole process of purification is accompanied by Inhalation and Exhalation - the symbols of Life and Death.
